The title Heart of the holy, is the ironic term, used by Iggy Pop to refer to a psychiatric home. Initially the title track had voice samples from the documentary To stay alive. I got no reply from Iggy Pop, so I could only release an instrumental version of the proposal. The rest of the album is diverse, so I can only give a brief description.
